“Clay has been one of the most helpful agents I have ever worked with in my life, not just in the real estate field. He empathizes with clients and makes sure to understand their worries, needs, and wants with every action he takes. In 24 hours Clay helped me (American) get familiar with Toronto and its ups/downs, found me 10+ places to look at, and within hours, got me 4-5 to visit. Unfortunately, I didn’t get the first round of places and had to fly back to the states.
